06 Jul Sygnature Discovery sets sights on strategic vision with the appointment of Andy Lindstrom as Director of Marketing
Sygnature Discovery, the UK’s largest independent provider of integrated drug discovery resource and expertise, has appointed Andy Lindstrom as Director of Marketing to develop and lead the marketing strategy for the business.
Andy holds a BA in Communications and Marketing from the University of Gävle, Sweden, an MA in Multimedia Journalism from the Universidad Europea, Spain, and an MBA from the University of Leicester.
Andy recently joined Sygnature Discovery from Siemens, where over 8 years he held roles including Head of Sales for Gas Networks, Marketing Manager for Siemens Managed Services and Communications Manager for the company’s Energy Sector. Prior to Siemens he worked as a Communications Executive at Experian for over 2 years.
Reflecting on his appointment, Andy said: “I saw the unique opportunity to grow with and help to grow an exciting, dynamic company with a high-quality offering in a fast-moving industry.
My position at Sygnature Discovery will involve setting-up a dedicated marketing function and establishing a focused strategy to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. Furthermore, there is a need to develop and grow the Sygnature Discovery brand, in particular outside of the United Kingdom, to ensure that our integrated drug discovery service-offering and expertise is better known and understood.”
