We are looking for a confident, self motivated individual who can join our small but rapidly expanding team. The ability to develop and sustain strong customers relationships will be absolutely key to the role and support in the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will be given training in the product, its technology and applications.
Accountabilities may include:
Technical advice online/telephone/email
Respond to customer queries in a clear and professional way
Ability to rapidly collect technical information for customers
Establish new business opportunities – market research
Develop post sales support/customer relations
Deliver key feedback and updates to the leadership team
Maintain/refresh web content
Support social media activity
Support other marketing activity such as conventions/exhibitions
Occasionally visit key customers
Ability to develop successful customer relationships
Strong technical ability/science background
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech savvy – web/social media
‘Can do’ attitude
Ability to work well within a team
